Keeping fit should be part of anyone’s life, in my opinion.

If you have young kids, or started a family when you reached your 30s it is and should be in your weekly routine to take care of your physical health and that means keeping fit, amongst eating well, maintaining a balanced diet and maintaining an optimum weight that fits and suits you. This level of maintaining a fitness level should be part of your daily routine and having a family should make it even more important.

I enjoy going to the gym and I especially enjoy group fitness classes such as BODYCOMBAT™.

What is BODYCOMBAT™ you may ask, for those of you who do not know?

BODYCOMBAT™ is created by LES MILLS™ who has developed and devised a number of programs for superior fitness.  Les Mills has chnaged the way people think about group fitness. BODYCOMBAT™ is one of eight programs. BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.
